How do I book an appointment at Suprema Medical Centre?
You can easily book online 24/7 via our website or HealthEngine, or phone our friendly reception team directly at (03) 9008 6666 during clinic hours.
Who is eligible for Bulk Billing at Suprema Medical Centre?
We are proud to bulk bill consultations for children under 16 years of age, valid Commonwealth Pensioner Concession Card holders, and Department of Veterans' Affairs (DVA) card holders during standard clinic hours. National Immunisation Program (NIP) childhood and flu vaccines are also bulk billed.
What should I do if I need medical attention after hours?
For immediate life-threatening emergencies, always dial 000. For non-life-threatening medical care outside our operating hours, please contact our accredited medical deputising service on 13 26 60.
Do you accept walk-in patients?
Yes, while scheduled appointments are prioritized to minimize waiting times, we always accommodate urgent acute walk-in patients and emergencies.
Are surgical procedures performed onsite?
Yes! Dr Rahul Tipnis specializes in minor surgical procedures performed in our accredited procedural room, including circumcisions, vasectomies, cyst excisions, earlobe repair, and ingrown toenails.
